It may be a municipal golf course, but La Caňada is fortunate enough to have been designed by two of the game's great architects. The two loops that make up the championship course were designed respectively by Robert Trent Jones and Dave Thomas.

0800 043 6644The two distinct nines offer a considerable challenge, but La Caňada is not so difficult that the spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast will be spoiled. Undulating fairways and fast, sloping greens are characteristic of the course which is bordered by banks of amazing indigenous trees.
Being designed for the passionate local golfers, La Caňada is a genuine test of golf with a no-frills attitude, but the pure test of golf attracts visitors back again and again.
Good test of golf
Nice course but quite tough Last hole too big a carry for average golfers !
Enjoyed the round but course not in great condition and we were held up by groups in front
Good test of golf and great value for money in a very nice surroundings. Our group of eight all enjoyed the course.
Staff could have been more helpful
Nice course and great value for money
Good course but they need to improve on sign posting, a few groups got lost from number 11 to 12
This course and the lady in the pro shop are the reason we will not use your golf travel again, on arrival there was no one about to tell us where to go, the pro shop and buildings all around resembled a council run course in England, we play our six players in two threes and four buggies each day which is how our personal comp between us works, we were told we only had to pay for three buggies as another couple were joining us , I explained to the lady that’s not what we wanted and her reply was well that’s what’s happening, her tone and attitude was very unprofessional, I tried to call your golf travel to try and sort our problem out but no answer and no response to the option of leave a message and we’ll get in touch, we played the course and had a beer sat on dirty white plastic chairs and ordered poor quality food, if you sent someone out to see the quality of staff in the pro shop I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t send groups of golfers to play here, especially after the standard of the other two courses
Very good course with good variety and some challenging holes, particularly 17 & 18 . 8 minute teetime interval a little demanding .
Good course presented in excellent condition. All holes are different. Great service from pro-shop and bar. Would definitely go back. A long walk without a buggy.
Some very hard holes for us 20 handicappers.
This course is a must for us every year, great value, great layout and reasonably priced. La Canada can be walked but buggy is favourable. The final 2 holes will test the nerves of most golfers, especially if your match is close. Love this course.
Considering this is a municipal course, it was in excellent condition. The fairways were amongst the best I've ever played on. Very good value for money.
