Imagine how you would feel if you were in a similar situation but with the added distractions of thousands of people watching from the side of the fairways, hundreds of thousands of dollars in the balance and a whole nation watching from the comfort of their arm chairs! Not many of us would be able to cope with such scrutiny but the pros seem to have the knack for doing so…well most of the time anyway! Mick FitzgeraldFairway to Furlong is delighted to announce that Grand National and Gold Cup winning jockey, Mick Fitzgerald, has agreed to be the face of this year’s Fairway to Furlong golf and racing series.

To celebrate this, Mick and Gina Bryce of At The Races were down at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales, the venue for the Official Fairway to Furlong Cheltenham Festival Golf Day and 2010 Ryder Cup, at the crack of dawn for an exclusive photo shoot with the press. Read more
