Let’s face it; there is nothing better than strutting your stuff on the fairways of the finest courses in the UK and with a little competitive spice to heat things up golf can be all the more enjoyable. That’s where the 4bbb.co.uk Challenge comes in!

The 4bbb.co.uk Challenge is a National Golf Tournament open to players of all shapes and sizes and unlike the vast majority of National events it is not played to a matchplay format thus meaning chances of advancing to the latter stages of the tournament are greatly improved. This also means entrants don’t have to worry about progressing through numerous round to have a stab at the Grand Final; a process which can often be too time consuming and ultimately unaffordable!

Regional Qualifiers will take place at popular clubs and courses across the UK such as Forest Pines, Carden Park and Heythrop Park. Here teams of two golfers will compete against one another in a Fourball Betterball Stabelford format. The top four pairs from each Regional Qualifier will advance to the Regional Finals; from which the top four pairs will book their place in the Grand Final and grab their chance to get their hands on a bounty of brilliant prizes.

Due to the extensive list of Regional Qualifying venues there will be an unprecedented number of golfers progressing from the initial qualifiers with over 1,000 making it through to the Regional Finals which will be played at some of the very best courses in the UK including the likes of Woodhall Spa, Saunton, The Belfry, Hillside and Gleneagles. Although the chance to play the UK’s finest golf courses is a prize within itself, golfers who make the Regional Finals will also enjoy complimentary refreshments upon arrival, lunch following the golf as well as complimentary PGA coaching and talks from leading golfing luminaries.

The Grand Final will take place at this year’s Open Championship venue, Royal Lytham & St Anne’s. 56 places are up for grabs and each pair will be put up for an overnight stay at the Grand Hotel in Lytham St Anne’s. Prizes on offer for successful pairings in the Grand Final include a great range of Titleist Golf Equipment including a set of irons each for the runners up, and the biggest prize of them all is being provided by none other than Your Golf Travel. The 4bbb.co.uk Challenge Champions will enjoy a fantastic five star golf break at La Manga which for some time has been of the premier golf resorts in the whole of Europe.
