Built in 1989, the Aberdeen Country Club, with its 27 excellent holes, is a golfing institution that is a welcome inclusion in any Myrtle Beach golf holiday itinerary. Designer Tom Jackson has become one of the region’s most prolific architects, but many see Aberdeen as one of his very best.

Golf Digest awarded the club four stars in its review of the area’s ‘Best Places To Play’ in 2006, which shows that standards have not slipped since Aberdeen’s early days. Aberdeen Country Club has three loops of nine, named the Meadows, Highlands and Woodlands. As the club’s name suggests, Aberdeen has hints of golf in Scotland, with sculpted mounding designed to evoke images of the famous Scottish links.
Just a short drive from the heart of Myrtle Beach, be sure to head to Aberdeen Country Club during your golf holiday in South Carolina’s golfing paradise.
