Bruntsfield Links, and its Golfing Society, is one of Edinburgh's truly historic institutions, dating back to 1761. The club moved to the present site in 1898, and since then it has established itself as one of Edinburgh golf's leading organisations. The course is only 20 minutes from Edinburgh airport and visitors can enjoy a memorabilia collection of clubs, balls and historic paintings which date back to the origins of the game.
