Tulloch Castle’s amazing heritage can be traced back as far as the 12th century, and while today it is a country hotel, it was formerly the seat of clan leaders from both the Bain and Davidson families. Perfectly located for exploring the dramatic landscape of the Black Isle and the West Highlands, Tulloch Castle is on the fringes of Dingwall, within easy reach of Inverness.

The character and charm of the castle’s bedrooms begins with the distinctive tartan carpets, but each one is superbly equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Individually designed en-suite bathrooms complete with power showers, as well as television and hot drink stations are among the facilities that make the bedrooms even more appealing.
A castle sets the stage for a golf tour with a real difference, and Tulloch Castle is one of the finest examples. Since its restoration in the early 1990s, the new owners have concentrated on showing off all the period features and charm of Tulloch Castle, which is the starting point for the most incredible Highlands golf tour.
125 different single malt whiskies line the wall of the Green Lady Bar, which is named after the castle’s legendary resident ghost.
The nearby sea, lochs, rivers and farmland are the breeding grounds for the produce that makes Tulloch Castle’s restaurant so special.
