Note to all fellow golfers: You must embark on a golf tour of the south coast of Wales before it’s time to hang up your golf shoes! We had an excellent time and the Fairways Hotel was perfect for touring the golf courses on the South Coast, which by the way are some of the best we as a group had ever played.
Phwelli made it into my top five all time courses and Nefyn & District wasn’t far off either! The four holes that jut out into the sea are spectacular and are easily the most dramatic and to be honest frightening stretch of holes I have ever come across. Abersoch was also a good links course and the holes from the 5th to the 12th are a real test of golf. All the courses we went to were of a good quality and very well maintained and cater for the visiting golfer.
Phwelli is the best place for a night out as there were about a dozen pubs and a nice little Indian restaurant.
Your Golf Travel were extremely well organized and will be highly recommended by us to any of our friends who may be going on golf tours or golf breaks in the future.
