Faldo Course, Cornelia Resort

The Cornelia Faldo Course is the first project in Turkey forBritain's greatest golfer of recent generations, and is a 27-holecomplex that has garnered considerable praise in its short existence.Faldo's creation is a serious test, especially when tackled from thechampionship tees, as it measures close to 7,000 yards.

The course is carved through a stunning pine forest, with a dramaticridge of dunes running through the middle. The 6-time major winner wasdelighted with the blank canvas for his project, as well as its sandysoil, and his creation has done much to aid the emergence of theoutstanding Cornelia Resort as a major player in Belek.

Golfer reviews

All three courses were in top nick, the drainage on these courses and the standard of the greens are first class. My preference in course order is - Gaius, Tiberius, Sempronia. The Gaius has an 18th hole that will test any golfer, 440 yards, water on both sides of the fairway and on one side runs all the way up to the green, this hole is just a card wrecker. "loved it" regards,
