| A deposit of £30 per person must be paid at the time of booking to secure a booking. We may also be required to ask for additional deposit amount for certain bookings where we need to pre-pay an additional sum to secure your booking. |

| 2. Do you charge a suplement for credit cards? |
| Credit/debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Electron, Solo and Delta. Please note that all payments made by credit card carry a 2.5% handling charge. Debit cards do not carry a handling charge. All payments made by American Express carry a 3.5% handling charge. |

| 3. Do I require a handicap certificate? |
| The majority of courses we use do not require handicap certificates however certain courses do. Please ask your consultant for more information on this before booking your golf break. |

| 4. What is the dress code for your golf courses? |
| Dress code is standard golf attire; most clubs will require golf shoes (some do specify soft spikes only) and collared shirts. |

| 5. Can we book caddies or buggies for our golf break? |
| Caddies and buggies can be booked at most courses in advance. Charges for caddies vary but start from £30 + tip. Buggies vary between £25 - £40 per buggy. |

| 7. What happens if we have non-golfers in the group? |
| When you have non-golfers traveling with you we can quote you for accommodation only. Please let your travel consultant know but please note we are not able to arrange any non-golfer only tours. |

| There is no limit on group size but we would advise that larger groups plan well in advance to avoid disappointment. |

| The currency in Scotland is the British pound (£) and in Ireland the Euro (€). |

| 10. Can I cancel my booking? |
It is possible for you to change numbers or cancel your holiday at any time provided that the person who originally booked the holiday sends us written notice by letter or email (sent directly to their booking agent). There is a £30 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations after final balance has been paid to Your Golf Travel Limited will result in loss of all monies paid or due at that time. |
