This pristine parkland course was designed by Fred Hawtree, creator of some of the best layouts around the UK and Europe. Its 6,800 yards cover a large area of verdant, undulating countryside full of mature trees, hedgerows, strategic bunkering, water hazards and natural lakes.

The Champigné course is not too penal for high handicappers with generous fairways and true greens, but it's also challenging enough, especially off the back tees, for low handicappers to have real fun. A covered practice area is available to loosen up those golf muscles, and there's a swimming pool available in the summer months for a quick dip after your round.
