In aid of the fantastic Help for Heroes Charity, Your Golf Travel.com is hosting a golf day at Donnington Grove Golf & Country Club. The superb championship layout at Donnington Grove has tested some of Europe’s finest having played host to the European Challenge Tour. Despite measuring over 7,000 yards from the championship markers, the great Dave Thomas design ensures that it provides a good challenge for all levels of golfers.
Taking place on Thursday 16th July 2009, the golf day will see 80 golfers from throughout the UK help to raise some cash for a very worthy cause Help for Heroes, for more information regarding this charity please visit www.helpforheroes.org.uk.
Format for the day:
Teams of Four: Best two stableford scores on each hole count towards team total. Maximum handicap is 24 for men and 36 for women.
