The Hotel Tia has a well stocked bar, and a restaurant serving a hot buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Its carnivore heaven at Steiku Haoss, which, unsurprisingly, translates as steak house.
For an authentic Latvian experience, head for Alus Seta (just off Dome Square), which is a converted beer hall serving the best genuine local dishes.
