In addition to the prominent professional visitors, the club was a favourite for the Rat Pack; Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. would regularly enjoy a few holes and a few drinks at the National's bar during the 1960s.
Woods won his first ever professional tournament here in 1996, and although the course is no longer a regular fixture on tour, the courses is as good as ever and is a great option for anyone looking for a slice of Las Vegas history during their golf holiday.
