The Manchester Golf Club, known locally as Hopwood Park, is home to an outstanding Harry S. Colt designed championship golf course. Located just a short drive to the north of central Manchester, the golf club is a splendid parkland gem.

The par 72 layout can be extended to 6,490 yards from the championship tees, and the rich landscape is the perfect setting for a glorious golf course. The club was founded in 1884, and as lovers of Harry Colt designs will expect, the course itself is packed with character.
Colt manipulated the beautiful rolling countryside with typical expertise, and the result is a fantastic test that challenges every facet of the game. While there are holes that tip the scales over 500 yards, the course also demands great creativity and subtlety.
