Grande Dunes' Resort Course is set up to welcome golfers of all abilities; it is hard to generalise the layout, as its length can vary from 5,353 yards to a staggering 7,618 yards from the tips. The fairways are wide, which is just as well if you tackle the championship tee markers, as you are sure to need the driver. Designer Roger Rulewich was mentored by the great Robert Trent Jones Senior, and his creation at Grande Dunes has received critical acclaim since opening in 2001. This monumental layout is perched on a bluff overlooking the waterway, and is a certain highlight for golf holiday guests at the Marriott Resort.
