Ryder Cup 2010 Race has Started

Dear Golfer,

We were given a wealth of golfing talent over the weekend, firstly in Switzerland where Alexander Noren triumphed over our British interests in Bradley Dredge and Ross McGowan. Although McGowan's 64 and Dredge's 65 weren't quite enough to take the impressive title, the bonus of taking an early position in the Ryder Cup standings will hopefully stand them in good stead for their attempts to make Monty's team at the Manor. For Dredge a place in the team, being played in his homeland, will surely be a highlight in his career. It was also a good week for fellow Welshman, Rhys Davies, who registered his second win of the season on the Challenge Tour. A few home grown players in the Ryder Cup team will be great for the event and my Dad will be proud of me supporting my Welsh roots!
