After a few weeks in hibernation my clubs made an interesting if brief trip to the golf club. Having decided my game was not fit for the course, I headed to the driving range with only good intentions. However on my arrival I found the ball machine wasn’t working! Me being incredibly superstitious I took this as a sign from the golfing Gods that I shouldn’t practice but head into the warmth of the clubhouse instead. If only my lack of golf ended up the same as this week’s winner on the PGA Tour, Dustin Johnson. Despite not playing the final round at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am still walked away with a cheque for a cool $1 million!
