    Patriots Point Links

The stunning golf course at Patriots Point plays very much like a classic links from the British Isles thanks to its harbor side location and the wind that sweeps in from the Atlantic Ocean. As with courses like Carnoustie and Kingsbarns no two rounds are the same as the golfer must adapt to the conditions to safely negotiate this fantastic layout.

Measuring just shy of 7,000 yards from the back tees this course has more than enough length to challenge more talented players while three other sets of tees ensure it is not inaccessible for the less experienced player. Marshland, intelligent bunkering and thick vegetation must be avoided to shoot a good score so, as with many of the top courses around the world, course management rather than brute strength and ignorance is the key to a successful round.

Look out for the stunning par 3 17th which is widely regarded as the finest short hole in the region.
