This is really a commercial hotel not suitable for golfers. The bar is always empty, no atmosphere. Most people are thereon conference or sales training. Breakfast is adequate only with not a very good choice and the restaurant id more like a slightly up market canteen. Rooms are adequate, but designed for a 2 o3 night stay not the 9 nights we were there.
Helpful staff, spacious comfortable bedrooms appropriate for the four star rating. Pool area well kept and attractive. Not the largest of hotels, so other facilities modest - ie spa treatments not luxurious and gym in need of overhaul with old equipment. Excellent location with courtesy bus to town and good restaurants available within five minutes walk
