Your Golf Travel 'Putting' on a show in Birmingham

Your Golf Travel.com is putting an unlimited number of golf breaks up for grabs at the NEC Golf Show (21-21 Nov).

Europe’s fastest growing golf travel specialist is the show’s official travel partner and sponsor of the 100ft putt where visitors will have the chance to hole out from distance to win a great golf trip.

The competition, which helps raise money for SPARKS children’s charity with a £2 entry fee, will earn every person who sinks the mammoth shot a one-night, two-round golf break at Draycote Hotel and Whitfields Golf Course, and those skilful enough to drain two out of their three attempts can look forward to a holiday in Portugal at the fantastic CS Sao Rafael resort, including flights.

Andrew Harding, managing director of YourGolfTravel.com, said: "We are delighted not only to be the official travel partner of the NEC Golf Show but to be sponsoring the 100ft putt competition. It is one of the key show attractions and offers a great platform for us to introduce our unbeatable range of golf holidays to a great golfing audience.”

“The opportunity for every visitor to the show to win a free golf holiday means that we could potentially be giving away thousands of pounds worth of holidays across the three days.”

Among the holidays on offer will be a ‘Show Special’ one-night, two-round break at Draycote Hotel, priced at £99 for two people when staying before the end of March 2009.

Around 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the NEC Golf Show and confirmed celebrity attendees over the three days will include golfing legend Darren Clarke, Tim Henman, Willie Thorne, Vernon Kay, and Alec Stewart. Footballers will also be honing their golfing skills with Aston Villa players James Milner, Marlon Harewood and Craig Gardner plus Ian Wright and David Seaman all due to attend.
