The generous fairways are lined with mature oak tress, and the lush and verdant parkland is a true joy to behold. The design is relatively old-fashioned, featuring quite wide fairways that lead into small, undulating greens, many of which are protected by devilish bunkers.
This quality course is matched by the warmth of the welcome afforded to its visitors, who are in fact awarded temporary membership status for the duration of their stay. Sandiway is a splendid golfing venue, and should certainly be included in any good golf tour in Cheshire.
