At 6,291 yards, Southampton Municipal is not particularly long, but its par of 69 is a demanding target. The course is laid out amid lovely mature woodland and spans the landscape’s natural undulations.
The varied challenge is always interesting, with some birdie chances mixed in with brutes like the 469-yard par4 second hole. Beautiful scenery and a good test of championship golf are assured at the delightful Southampton Municipal Golf Course.
