Royal Worlington and Newmarket Golf Club is widely regarded to be the best nine-hole course in Britain, and has also been included in the Golf Monthly's guide to the top 120 courses in the U.K. and Ireland.
This gem of a course is often compared stylistically to the Old Course at St Andrews, as it is laid out in a complicated fashion, spanning an extremely small area of land.
Also in keeping with the world's most famous course, Royal Worlington and Newmarket demands pinpoint accuracy from the tee. This is not due to the encroaching hazards, but is more concerned with preparing to attack the greens, which are extremely tricky to say the least!
