HESWALL GOLF CLUB
Heswall is a celebrated golf club that sits on a delightful patch of parkland on the Wirral peninsula, overlooking the Dee estuary. Founded in 1902, the club, and its course, have undergone significant development to reach the stage it is now - a Wirral classic that is one of this golf-rich area's real stars.
The course at Heswall has benefited from input from a number of golf's most famous names; amendments in 1909, 1957 and 2006 were made under the guidance of Jack Morris (nephew of Old Tom), Harry Vardon, Frank Pennink and Donald Steel. These illustrious names should give an insight into the quality that is inherent at Heswall, while the amazing natural setting merely adds to the experience.
