The Sussex-Hampshire border and its enchanting countryside is the backdrop for the excellent Liphook Golf Club, which is among the brightest stars in the county. Golf Monthly in fact included Liphook in its list of the top 50 courses in the United Kingdom.

The sandy sub-soil ensures that Liphook can be presented in first class condition throughout the year, with no need for temporary greens. The layout itself is extremely traditional, and is typical of the most established courses of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire; the winding fairways are lined with purple heather, and the sloping greens are guarded by sublime bunkering.
Liphook is a true gem, and is a firm favourite with regular golf tour visitors to the lovely Hampshire countryside.
