Hotel guests at Bank House can take advantage of the adjacent Bransford Golf Course, which is a testing Florida-style layout. The course was originally opened in 1992, but it was not until 1994 that the 18 holes, as they are now, were inaugurated.
The complex has been embellished with the establishment of the modern clubhouse, which guarantees visitors a warm welcome. A round at Bransford entails negotiating the 14 lakes which are placed threateningly around the course, and result in more than a few nervous moments when the ball is in flight.
Those who travel to the Bank House on a golf break are consistently charmed by Bransford's character, playability and excellent condition.

The Bank House is a superb choice for a golf break, being situated in 123 acres of stunning countryside under the gaze of the Malvern Hills, but also being located very close to the centre of Worcester.
Originally constructed in 1680, the Bank House has been sympathetically restored and converted to offer comfortable accommodation in contemporary surroundings. The suites, and standard and executive bedrooms are all en-suite, and are fitted with the requisite amenities to ensure a relaxing stay, and many afford unobstructed views across the estate to the hills and the Gloucestershire border.
The Bank House's 70 guest rooms and the excellent public areas are ideally equipped for those venturing on a golf break in the West Midlands.
The Bank House's fitness suite has a full range of free weights, in addition to cardiovascular equipment including rowing machines, treadmills and exercise bikes. The complex also boasts a sun bed and sauna.
The pride of nearby Worcester is the splendid cathedral, whose history dates back to the foundation of a monastery built in 680A.D. by a group of monks from Whitby. The exterior of the building is Victorian, but much of the interior is heavily influenced by the Normans, including the outstanding Norman crypt and the Chapter House. The town is also famous for its Royal Porcelain, and the renowned Worcestershire sauce.
The practice facilities include a 20-bay driving range, and an excellent short game area.
The Farthings Restaurant serves excellent food in a comfortable setting.
The open fireplace and oak beams make the Exchange Bar a memorable place to enjoy a well-earned beer.
