The two championship courses and the excellent academy layout at Belton Woods have established the complex as one of the best golfing centres in the East Midlands.
Lakes Course
The Lakes Course is the more established of Belton Woods' championship tracks, and represents a formidable challenge for even the better golfers that visit. As its name suggests, it is crucial to negotiate the substantial water hazards, many of which are strategically positioned at the front of the putting surfaces, demanding high-quality approach play.
Woodside Course
The Woodside Course is Belton Woods' second championship layout, and underlines why it is regarded as one of the best golf resorts in the Midlands. The Woodside is widely regarded to be more playable for the higher handicappers, but there is no shortage of potential obstacles, coming primarily from the many lakes, which are designed to complement the natural undulations of the land itself.
Red Arrows Course
Most of the holes on the 9-hole Red Arrows Course are little more than 100 yards, but that does not diminish from a very enjoyable and useful experience. It may be aimed primarily at beginners and improvers, but all good golfers know that good scoring is hinged on deadly wedge play, so make use of the academy course to hone those all-important skills.
Belton Woods also has a 20-bay floodlit driving range and short game area for warming up and practicing.

The standard of the 136 guest rooms is testament to the recent completion of a £2 million refurbishment plan, making sure that the hotel matches the quality of the golfing facilities. The Classic rooms are more than adequate, while the Ambassadors are larger and have golf course views.
For a special occasion, the opulent suites boast marble bathrooms, whirlpool baths, and a separate living area. This superb hotel, with its accommodation, facilities and service, provides everything a visitor could want from a 4-star golf break.

Lincolnshire has much to offer, not least the seemingly endless stunning countryside and outstanding period architecture. Adjacent to the hotel itself is Belton House, a National Trust property which is home to many works of art and some glorious furniture. The city of Lincoln boasts England's third-largest cathedral, while also worth a visit is the Duke of Rutland's Belvoir Castle, whose outstanding position allows spectacular views over the Vale of Belvoir. In addition, Belton Woods is within a short distance of the A1, and as such is easily accessible.
The 9th hole on the Lakes Course is one of the country's longest, at 609 yards - see if you can join the exclusive club to have found the green in two blows.
The Manor Restaurant's outstanding dining room and Mediterranean cuisine have been recognised with an AA Rosette.
Stanton's Brasserie serves home-cooked classics in an informal setting.
