The pleasant parkland course at Avisford Park is a tranquil experience, set within some 89 acres of the best Sussex countryside. The layout can be viewed in two distinct halves, as the opening nine winds its way around the estate, while the closing stretch is located adjacent to the hotel's grounds.
The course is well maintained, and the mature woodland, lakes and streams of the valley make for a beautiful backdrop. Though not too long, the course is tricky, and scoring well will require mastery of the short game. Avisford Park is a good resort course, which will be enjoyed by all those visiting on a golf break in the Arundel area.
