Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations must be booked and paid within the period Saturday 19th June – Friday 25th June, 2010.
2. Full payment is required at time of booking.
3. Date of travel from 26th June, 2010 onwards.
4. Full refunds will be made no later than 30 days after your date of travel, unless date of travel is during the World Cup, in which case refunds will be made within 30 days of the World Cup Final.
5. Refunds will exclude any credit card handling fees.
6. Only those customers who have booked and paid in the stipulated booking period will be eligible for refunds.
7. Only customers who booked breaks to the World Cup winning country will be eligible for refunds – except customers who book to Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, who will be refunded if England win.
8. No amendments or cancellations are permitted on World Cup Promotion reservations.
