The Ypsilon golf course is situated in a beautiful natural setting that is removed from the bustle of civilization and close to the Fojtka reservoir near Liberec. Despite being less than a decade old it has already earned itself a reputation for the being the best golf course in the Czech Republic.

Ypsilon lies around 1,200 feet above sea level and its rugged profile adds to the challenge of playing this great par-72 course. At around 6,730 yards from the white tees, each of the 18 holes are very individual, with no two holes feeling alike. It isn't a massive layout by modern standards, but the elevation changes and imaginative design of the holes here more than make up for lack of yardage.
The clubhouse is spacious and well-equipped, with a restaurant that serves both Czech and international fare. A pleasant terrace offers additional seating with views over the course, bar and gardens.
For the past three years, Ypsilon has named "Best Course of the Year" in the Czech Republic. The award is decided in a poll of readers of the Czech Golf Digest magazine par-72 - and it's easy to see why they have plumped for this striking and challenging new layout north of Prague.
The Ypsilon Resort also has a driving range and a large short game practice area. Other facilities include a reception, pro shop and well-equipped changing rooms.
