\"ChampionshipTaking place the week following The Open Championship<\/a> at St Andrews, The Senior Open Championship will see golf\u2019s finest over-50s battle it out over the famous Carnoustie Links. Exclusive sought-after ticket and hospitality packages are still available, giving golf fans the best chance to watch the action in style.<\/p>\n

The balcony suites in the Carnoustie Hotel<\/a>, which overlooks both the first tee and eighteenth green of the renowned Championship Course, will host the hospitality packages, which include options for individual guests or corporate and casual groups of up to thirty. All packages include morning refreshments, buffet luncheon, afternoon tea, draw sheets, programmes, parking pass and of course an entry ticket.<\/p>\n

Defending champion Loren Roberts will be among the star studded field, featuring famous names from world golf over the past few decades. The smooth rolling American captured his second Senior Open Championship in dramatic fashion in 2009, outlasting Fred Funk and Mark McNulty in a playoff at Sunningdale.<\/p>\n

The raw Carnoustie Golf Links<\/a> will no doubt offer these golfing legends another opportunity to show off their skills, but the demanding seaside layout may prove to be more challenging than the lush Berkshire fairways of Sunningdale. The Hogan Package \u2013 aimed at individual guests \u2013 is available for \u00a3149 per person, while the Carnoustie Package is sold per suite, with the Junior Suite available for \u00a33380 per day.<\/p>\n
