On offer for guests is a wide range of traditional Portuguese specialities and international dishes, all of which have been excellently prepared by Chef Gerhard P\u00f6lzl. The restaurant is renowned for its fresh fish dishes which include \u201cFresh Fish in a Salt Crust\u201d, \u201cRice with Seafood\u201d and the famous \u201cAlgarvean Cataplana\u201d.<\/p>\n

C\u00e1 d\u2019 Oro<\/strong> is exclusively open for dinner, serving delicious traditional Italian Cuisine in graceful surroundings. Customer favourites on the menu include e \u201cFillet of Gilt-head Bream with Tiger Prawns\u201d and \u201cSuckling Veal Chops with Grilled Vegetables\u201d. The sweet menu includes classics such as the famous \u201cTiramisu\u201d and the delicious \u201cCr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e\u201d; however there is also the option of something a little more surprising and original like the \u201cPear Ravioli Stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Raisins\u201d.<\/p>\n

The hotel\u2019s wine list is especially remarkable for the vast selection of wines featured and the frequent new additions, meaning that customers who enjoy a glass of vino with their meal can usually discover something fresh and exciting to complement their food.<\/p>\n
