Asiago Golf Club is located in the idyllic surroundings of the Asiago High Plateau and its stunning mountain setting and creative design that sees the course weave its way through mountain pine forests is sure to delight even the most discerning of golfers. From the tips, golfers can enjoy a challenging 6,567 yard par 70 test, while forward tees shorten the course considerably, making it more manageable for the high handicapped golfer.
Asiago Golf Club is the product of Peter Harradine who is revered as one of the best course designers in Europe, responsible for masterminding venues including the National Course at Abu Dhabi Golf Club, the annual host of the European Tour’s Abu Dhabi Golf Championships. Harradine has plenty of experience in locations similar to the Asiago High Plateau and his Italian gem is a superb example of his work.

Since it was opened in 1960, Asiago has been considered one of the best mountain course in Europe, and Harradine’s utilisation of the stunning natural terrain brings a number of testing elevation changes into play which places an emphasis on players’ accuracy off the tee, as well as on their distance control during approach play.
The greens are often in superb condition considering throughout the winter they are buried beneath the snow that transforms the area into a popular ski resort.
The 18th hole is a stunning finishing hole and measures in at 431 yards. This picturesque par 4 dog legs to the right and requires precise play or a player's scorecard can very easily be ruined on the last.
The club also boasts an incredible putting green that was designed in 2011 by Robert Trent Jones, affording guests the chance to hone their short game skills before heading for the 1st tee.
The temperature averages above 20 degrees from May through till the end of September with highs of 28 degrees in July and August.
Within the grounds of the golf course is the stunning 4 star Meltar Boutique Hotel.
