Traditional old manor hotel that might need the rooms to be modernized at some time. But all necessary facilities worked, although plumbing and electrics need priority improvement. Enjoyed the stay and can recommend for a budget golf weekend

The 42 bedrooms are well equipped, with everything you require to ensure your stay is stress free and comfortable.
The parkland course at Coulsdon Manor is a superb resort layout, with many challenging holes, but is also very manageable for all standards of visiting golfer. As it wraps itself around the hotel, the golf course allows for superb views of the estate. The venues location is very accessible, being 15 miles from central London and 25 minutes drive from Gatwick airport.
