Originally founded in 1906, Fulford Golf Club moved to its current location in 1935. The course was then planned and built by Major Charles MacKenzie, the brother and business partner of the Dr Alistair MacKenzie. Fulford Golf Club celebrated its centenary in 2006, and is one of the Yorkshires finest courses located just outside the centre of York. The welcoming club is extremely hospitable, offering its superb championship course to the area's visitors. The club has also played host to fantastic events with nothing more apparent than the 2020 R&A Girls U16 Amateur Championship.

Fulford Golf Club is really a fantastic test of heathland golf and known as one of the finer golf courses in the Yorkshire area and one that should be played by all levels of golfer.
