The par-71 championship course was designed by American architect Ron Kirby, and covers a large expanse of stunning land, located a few minutes from the hotel area.

The course itself lies in the crater of an extinct volcano, a reminder of Gran Canaria's explosive geological history, and the setting is as amazing as the course itself.

Why not take a camel ride through the dunes or head to Charca de Maspalomas famed bird watching spot.
Up in the vineyard country, around Tafira, is the amazing Caldera de Bandama. A volcanic crater, this natural wonder will tempt the more adventurous to descend down it's great hiking trails.
Those who do can be rewarded by seeking out one of the oldest and most difficult wine-presses to find on the island.
The capital of Gran Canaria, Las Palmas is known for its outstanding beaches and duty free shopping. Head to the oldest quarter of town however and you will find out the city has far more to offer.
Vagueta, a Unesco world heritage site, really is a must see with beautiful architecture that will make you feel like you are in a different time.
Gran Canaria is easily explored by car, with all the major resorts and tourist areas within 45 minutes from the airport.
