Golf Breaks in East England

The Eastern region of England has a fantastic variety of options from which to choose your next golf holiday.

Although slightly more remote, Suffolk and Norfolk can supply the sought after combination of excellent golf and glorious rural scenery, while further inland we offer splendid golf break destinations in Cambridge.

This superb diversity ensures that there is a golf break for everyone in England’s East, so the only difficulty that remains is deciding which one best suits you.

There are several great venues for a good value golf break, not least Thorpeness Hotel & Golf Club and Dunston Hall, the latter having two courses for a bit of welcome variety.

Further up the coast into Suffolk and Norfolk, there are unspoiled classics like Ufford Park and Heacham Manor as well as a number of links golf clubs, including; Royal Cromer, Sherringham and the fantastic Royal Norwich, these three are ones not be missed on any visit to the region.

The peak season for golf in the East of England is during the Summer when the warmer weather means golfers of all abilities take to the fairways. This is usually accompanied by higher green fees, so why not grab a bargain and look to book a golf break during the autumn or spring seasons.
