Established in 1935, forming a 18-hole parkland layout, the club then embarked a major upgrade program in 1989, improving the facilities of the club to then see Glendower host the South African Open on multiple occasions.
Around the Johannesburg and Limpopo area is plenty of incredible Big 5 game reserves, Madikwe Game Reserve is one to certainly highlight as it’s the fifth biggest reserve in South Africa and home to all the Big 5 animals.
