Situated some 300m above sea level, Berici is surrounded by the magnificent hills of the Brendola and Altavilla townships, boasting views out towards the Lessini Mountains and the Little Dolomites throughout the front nine, before the course heads into the beautiful surrounding forests of oaks, hornbeams and chestnuts.
The Berici Clubhouse is a particular highlight, with its large terrace providing visiting golfers with an amazing place to sip a drink or two before or after their rounds. Golf Club Colli Berici
Designed by: Marco Croze
Opened in: 1988
Total Length: 5,947 yards
The undulating nature of the course provides much of the challenge, with elevation changes coming into play frequently throughout the round. A total of 36 bunkers and 3 large bodies of water are also on the course adding much to the overall challenge, and on the back nine in particular; accuracy off the tee is at a premium. Yardage wise, Berici is by no means a modern day monster, making it a great course for recreational golfers who may not have the same length that lower handicappers have. The wonderful climate of the region combined with the high class facilities of the Golf Club Colli Berici make it an attractive proposition for golfers visiting the area, and with superb off course facilities including a swimming pool and an excellent restaurant also on site, a full day’s relaxation is definitely on the cards.
