A delightful hotel with accommodation in well kept blocks 2 minutes stroll away from the main building. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and always smiling! The drinks - whether coffees, beers or wine were reasonably priced (the drinkable turkish wines were approx £12 / bottle in the restaurant). The outside balconies had great views over the 9th & 18th holes and distant views to Kyrenia. Apart from the hotel complex, it's a 30 minute ride into Kyrenia, the nearest large town. The hotel runs minibuses there several times a day. A few hours is enough to take in the key sites of Kyrenia, so a long lunch around the old harbour is a good way to wait until the bus ride back.
All the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. They made it a pleasure to stay at this hotel. All were very eager to ensure that guests were welcome and felt wanted. Excellent food throughout (not haute cuisine of course....it is a buffet!) but always varied and good quality. Spacious comfortable rooms. Sea views are on the 'shadier' side of the hotel. Inland views get more sun. All good.
Hotel is very well appointed nice decor and ambience.staff very friendly and helpful, although buffet style the choice and quality of food was good. Location is a bit remote and although there is a hotel bus that goes to Kyrenia a car is essential if you don’t want to be confined to hotel. WiFi is free but extremely slow.
Rather isolated location. Hotel was quite good but the apartment blocks gave a very austere appearance on first arrival. Exceptional staff
Accommodation staff and facilities were excellent. Bars and food were good but buffet dinner every night was limiting. A better al a carte offer would be useful
Korineum is a wonderful place to enjoy a week of golf in beautiful surroundings and fantastic scenery. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The food could probably be improved and some more local dishes would have been great. Overall though, a great experience. Would go back again and again ... !

The sort of course you have to keep straight, if you stray off the shots add up, but you want to play again to master it
This is a scenic and dramatic golf course! I'm amazed at the brave souls who used push-trolleys rather than the 2-man buggies (Euro 28 per round) - around 6 of the holes are up / down a mountainside. What foxed us most was the lush grass around the greens - there's no gentle running the ball up to the green with a 7-iron here... it stops very very quickly. The greens were like lightening when putting sea-ward, yet slowish when putting land-wards - not obvious by just looking at the slope of the greens. Whilst we both struggled to get anywhere near our handicaps, we both thoroughly enjoyed playing the course 4 times in our week's stay. Make sure you have plenty of balls in your bag, especially for holes 3, 4 and 5!
An excellent golf experience. Fairly hilly course with plenty of challenge and interest. Stunning views of the coast too. That said, this isn't an 'unplayable' or 'tricked up' course. Simply a very good, enjoyable course in excellent condition.
Reasonable “holiday” course kept in good condition with spectacular views of surrounding countryside, not much variation in the majority of holes, biggest downside was the slow pace of play — it seemed that provided you paid the green fee you were welcomed on the course irrespective if you had a handicap or not.
Lovely course with beautiful views and very helpful staff
A wonderful but challenging experience and will repeat it in the near future
A really varied and interesting course, with some tricky hazards. Beautiful views and well maintained.
