Raid location was excellent. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was great every day...on time and good quality/quantity. The Riad is traditional but very tired...this would not stop us going back again. We assume the Raid organised our taxis throughout our stay....the taxi driver (Najib) has to be the best driver we have ever had....always on time...always pleasant...very helpful and informative.
On the whole the Marrakech Riads are a fantastic option geared for families, couples or groups of golfers. The group consists of 3 different riads which are all in close proximity to each other and these beautiful hotels are never more than a 12 minute walk from all the main sites of the city.
A Riad is a traditional Moroccan house which has been converted into a hotel and as a result they are the perfect place to stay for those who are looking to fully immerse themselves in the Moroccan culture. A couple of the Riads were the old homes of some of Marrakech's heroes, for example civil rights pioneer Josephine Baker used to uninhabited Riad Star which is why this particular Riad is now considered a celebration of incredible human yoga classes.
The Riads have a selection of room types to choose from:- Character room- Superior room- Junior suite.
