El Trois Marchands is the traditional French restaurant at the hotel, decorated to fit the stunning countryside of Slogne and celebrating a history which spans back to 1850. The fine regional dishes are made from fresh produce and the quality of the food on offer has given the restaurant a brilliant reputation amongst locals. The specialities include a range of fishes, mushrooms and foie gras. In the winter, guests can enjoy fine dining by a wood-burning fireplace for a warm atmospheric experience while during the summer months, the outdoor terrace is enjoyed while overlooking the village and surrounding countryside.
