Customer Service Update - easyJet
Following updates on easyJet and the grounding of their planes until further notice. We are now working through those travelling in the next 30 days whose plans are impacted.

To assist us in working through this level of activity, please do not call at this time. As soon as we have addressed all the queries for current or imminent travellers, we will be returning to a normal level of service.

Customer Service Update
In light of the recent new restrictions on travel and leaving your home, from the UK Government, we are now contacting customers travelling in the next 30 days whose plans are impacted.

Whilst our phone lines do remain open, our Customer Service teams are dealing with a large number of phone calls and queries so we apologise for any delays in response you receive.

To assist us in working through this level of activity, please do not call at this time, unless you are in resort or due to be travelling in the next fourteen days. As soon as we have addressed all the queries for current or imminent travellers, we will be returning to a normal level of service.

In light of the recent update from the UK Government which now has an impact on UK & Ireland travel plans, our Customer Service teams are dealing with a large number of phone calls.

Our primary focus is on contacting customers who are currently on holiday, followed by those travelling in the next thirty days (in chronological order).

We fully understand that during these unprecedented times you may feel some uncertainty surrounding your travel plans, which is why our teams are working around the clock to ensure that we stay up to date with the UK Government and World Health Organisation's (WHO) latest advice.

16th March 2020:
Customer Service Update
We are currently experiencing high call volumes. Please bear with us in this busy period. If you are in resort or travelling imminently (in the next 7 days), please contact our customer service helpline (020 7336 5340) who will be able to assist. For all other customers, please email cs@yourgolftravel.com.

Please note, due to the high volume of queries we have at the moment our response times are delayed but we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

15th March 2020:
Spain & US Update
As you may now be aware, overnight the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advised against travel to both Spain & the USA, due to the restrictions the respective governments have Imposed as a response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

We are contacting clients currently in resort with repatriation plans and changes to return flight details.

For those clients due to travel in the next few days, our Customer Support team, are/will be in touch with options. This we will be doing in a priority and chronological order, so we are grateful for your patience during this challenging time.

Morocco Update
Morocco has closed its air and sea borders to the UK and Gibraltar originating aircraft and vessels. UK citizens have until 1pm on 16th March to leave the country.

Our priority is our clients in resort, and we have passed on details to the British Consulate for repatriation, and we will be in touch as soon as we know more.

For those clients due to travel in the next few days, our Customer Support team, are/will be in touch with options. This we will be doing in a priority and chronological order, so we are grateful for your patience during this challenging time.

14 March 2020:
Jet2.com Update
Jet2.com have cancelled all flights to and from Spain. We are working with the airline and authorities to establish an updated picture, and will update communications in due course.

Our immediate priority is to contact clients who are in resort or who are travelling in the next two weeks. If your booking is not due to travel between now and March 31st we would ask you NOT to contact our Customer Service helpline. Please email on cs@yourgolftravel.com instead and we will contact you later this week.

COVID-19 Update

In recent weeks the uncertainty surrounding the impact of COVID-19 or Coronavirus has become more pronounced. Here is a summary of our approach to managing this fast moving situation.

Our dedicated team continues to monitor the advice of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and talk to our destination partners. We are constantly reviewing all policies and procedures ensuring that we give the best possible advice in line with the authorities, placing the health and wellbeing of our customers and team at the heart of our approach.

If there are no restrictions in place for the country that you are due to travel?
If there are no restrictions in place for the country that you are due to travel to, you should travel on your golf trip as planned.

We advise you to contact your insurance company immediately and seek further advice.

If the FCO advise against all but essential travel to a country I am in or due to visit?
If the FCO advises against all but essential travel to a country where Your Golf Travel has guests present or that are due to travel, the following contingencies are in place:

If you are in resort, you will be returned to the UK. Any travel restrictions currently in place do not prevent UK nationals returning home.

If you are due to travel in the coming weeks or months, we will be in touch to discuss the latest situation and options that would be available to you
