Lynx Golf has extended its Boom Boom irons range for 2015 to offer six different models spanning all abilities of the game. Every iron in the Boom Boom family benefits from Lynx’s Twin Slot Technology and variable face thickness to deliver more distance and speed off the clubface. But key changes to the individual clubhead designs means the technology is available in a complete range of irons that is purpose-built for players in all categories – giving every golfer access to the same technology.

Top of the range is the Boom Boom Tour (£629 3-PW) – with a classic-looking top line, narrower sole and chrome finish they are designed very much for the better golfer. Boom Boom Maraging (£649 steel, £699 graphite 4-PW) use a light and thin nickel-rich maraging steel in the face. This allows the face to flex to generate increased ball speed. Lynx described this as a better player’s iron, but one with with mid-handicappers can feel comfortable.

Boom Boom Ltd Edition Rose Gold (£549-£599 4-PW) and Standard  Black (£499-£549 4-PW) now both offer a left-hand set and are clubs for game-improvers, offering plenty of forgiveness on off-centre hits.

The new Boom Boom Offset (5-SW £499-£549) have the widest sole available in the range, lowering the centre of gravity and helping to get the ball airborne. This is Lynx’s most forgiving Boom Boom irons to date and comes in steel and graphite shaft options.

The Boom Boom Ladies Rose Gold (£514 6-SW) is packed with technology and is a beautifully-finished iron set designed specifically for female golfers.
