Golf DartsWhat do you get when you take six well known golfing stars and an equal number of celebrities, add in a giant dartboard and darts referee Russ Bray?

Well, golf manufacturer Taylor Made did just that and sent the lot onto Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club for Pro-Celebrity Golf Darts on July 11th, just prior to the Open Championship at nearby Royal St. Georges.

Split into two teams – one professional and one celebrity on each team – the event was chaired by Sky Sports’ golf pundit and former European Tour player, John Hawksworth.

Spaniard Sergio Garcia was partnered by BBC TV sports presenter and journalist Dan Walker, while eventual Open Championship runner-up Dustin Johnson was partnered by former Olympic athlete, John Regis.

Retief Goosen paired with England Rugby full-back Delon Armitage, while Martin Laird was partnered with Strictly Come Dancing’s Anton Du Beke.

The final pairings saw Swedish Ryder Cup star Peter Hanson draw Mercedes F1 Test Driver Gary Paffett, while Justin Rose landed the plum draw, pairing off with Sky Sports presenter Charlotte Jackson.

So who won? Find out in the video…
