Builth Wells Golf Club is a stunning 18-hole parkland golf course situated in the picturesque Mid Wales countryside just a short drive from the historic market town of Builth Wells. The course is a hidden gem, very well conditioned and an entertaining test for all standards of golfer.

Founded in 1923, Builth Wells Golf Club is set in a quiet location that's easily accessible from anywhere in the UK. The course is good enough to have played host to numerous Golf Union of Wales events and hosted the Ryder Cup Wales 2010 PGA Young Professionals Championship in 2005.
The course is unusual in that it is made up of 12 par fours and 6 par threes, with a par of 66 for men and 70 for ladies, making it as much a challenge for the scratch golfer as it is for the high handicapper. With the use of natural features such as woodland, ponds and the River Chewfri running through the course, along with small, well protected greens, being able to play to your handicap here is a real achievement.
The clubhouse is an extended 15th century Welsh long house with a very warm, relaxing atmosphere, featuring several original oak beams, two large lounge areas a bar area (the snug bar) and a separate dining area seating 40 - 50 people, giving visiting groups different options following their round of golf.
