The highlight of any round at Château d'Augerville is the magnificent view of the chateau rising monumentally above the 18th green, making it one of the more spectacular places to enjoy golf around Paris.

The course itself is an excellently designed parkland layout, measuring just shy of 7,000 yards, and whose par of 72 is a formidable target. The clever architecture has resulted in a pleasant variety of holes, which demand that you can shape your shots and be creative. In order to attack the expansive greens, finding the correct part of the fairway is crucial, so playing conservatively from the tee can often be prudent.
Château d'Augerville builds to a dramatic crescendo with the closing hole; under the watchful gaze of fellow golfers relaxing on the 17th century clubhouse's terrace, the challenge is to locate the putting surface of the island green.

Château d'Augerville is as grand as its name suggests, but that is only thanks to considerable restoration work that saw the hotel open for business in June 2006.
The intimate atmosphere throughout the chateau is a reflection of the mere 43 bedrooms, but the quality is there for all to see. There are three distinct room categories, but even the most ‘basic' is more than adequate, with lovely bedding and linen, warm tones and beautiful furniture and décor.
This is a truly beautiful destination for a golf holiday, where you can enjoy not only the terrific golf course, but the country charm of a high class chateau hotel.
Gastronomy is to the fore at Château D'Augerville; enjoy fine cuisine in the two restaurants, or sample one of the pastry chef's fabled delicacies, which include the produce of the on-site chocolate making kitchen.
Paris is established as a global culinary capital; among an endless list of restaurants and brasseries, Le Dôme is one of the best - quintessentially Parisian, the Art Deco dining room specialises in fresh seafood. Oysters and sole meunière (sole in butter, lemon and parsley) are firm favourites.
