ELBA COSTA BALLENA GOLF & THALASSO SPA 4*

I wanted you to know that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the golf trip to Costa Ballena.

The golf course, although flat, is a very challenging layout and it was presented in excellent condition. The fairways, tees and greens were excellent and the sea views were spectacular. The whole trip was enhanced by perfect weather every day and it was an excellent time of the year to enjoy a peaceful area. The office and shop staff at the clubhouse were all most helpful as well.

From our arrival until our departure, the staff at the Elba Hotel could not have been more professional. Mónica Gonzalez and the hotel manager looked after us all extremely well and any comments or observations were handled quickly and to our entire satisfaction. The bedrooms were well presented, clean and very modern, as was the rest of the hotel and the entire package was very good value for money. The food on the first night was below standard and over cooked, however the Manager soon altered this situation and for the other two nights the buffet meals were very well received with a good selection for everyone. Breakfast was also a treat to start the day with a wide selection of fruit, meats, eggs, pancakes and enough to satisfy the hungriest amongst us!

It was an easy journey to Costa Ballena for us from the south of Spain and the area is not too big or commercialised. We would certainly go again on this package and it was a pleasure for us as organisers to have such positive feedback. I would like to thank you Nick for all your help and advice which was most useful. It was great to have such prompt attention to our many queries and the alterations to the initial two day stay that turned into a three day stay for most of us.

I am certain we will be back again for more of the same.
