The course affords amazing views of the Firth of Clyde and the famous Ailsa Craig, and has changed little since its 1902 inauguration. The layout was penned by the great James Braid, and although it is short, it is hugely entertaining.

The opening eight holes span the genuine links land, before giving way to a more parkland environment for the closing stretch. The charming course is always welcoming, and is a great value for money option during a golf tour in Ayrshire.
