GOLF PLATJA DE PALS

Golf Platja de Pals is located in a stunning mature pine forest planted over a network of dunes, on land that was formerly farmland. The original farm owners oversaw the creation of the course, but it was F.W. Hawtree, an institution of European golf architecture, that conceived the technical layout.

Since opening for play in 1970, Platja de Pals has maintained an enviable reputation as one of Europe's top 50 golf courses, a fact underlined by its award of numerous PGA European Tour and Spanish national events.

The estate is situated just a few metres from the coastline, and with the sandy turf underfoot, there is a distinctly British accent to the course, making it a home away from home during your golf getaway in the Girona area of the Costa Brava.
